You need to complete prerequisites before using SP

Create Account for eTax SP

1- From registration window, user should fill his details in appropriate fields and click register
2- User should receive activation email to the email used with registration
3- User gets directed to the profile page to complete his details (First and Last name in AR, National ID and Mobile Number)
4- User should enter the OTP that has been received on the mobile registered and click verify
5- Account has been successfully created and user can start linking taxpayers to his account

Link Taxpayer to your account

6- User should connect the smart token (eSeal) then click Link new taxpayer, write the taxpayer registration number
then accept the T&A and privacy policy and click proceed
7- A pop up window will appear that user should agree to read the data in the smart token
8- Choose the appropriate certificate then click proceed
9- A window will appear to choose the notification channel and add the desired email and mobile number for receiving notification then click proceed
10- User should enter both OTPs received on the mentioned email and mobile number and click verify
11- Taxpayer has been linked successfully and user can view Taxpayer profile from his account

Choose a plan and subscribe

12- In manage profile portal, user should view taxpayer profile then go to subscriptions tab
13- A pop up window will appear with the button to Subscribe/Renew
14- User should be directed to subscription page, choose the desired plan, check the acknowledgement of payment request and T&A
15- User should be able to click on confirm
16- Payment request will be created and user can either pay or delete the request
17- User will be directed to the online payment gateway to enter the card used for payment details then pay
18- A window confirming the payment will appear and user can be directed to SP
19- User can view the purchased plan through subscriptions tab in taxpayer profile

Add Invoice

Before being able to add an invoice, user needs to make sure that the desired item codes have been requested and approved to start using them in the invoices

20- From Subscriptions tab user should click on Back to service provider
21- User will be directed to Invoicing portal, go to Invoices tab and choose Add New
22- Choose the document type and click next
23- A window to complete Issuer and Receiver info will appear, user will be allowed to click Next once all mandatory fields are completed
24- From line items window, user can add products to invoice from Add Line Item, complete item details then click Next
25- In summary and submit window, user can review all invoice details to avoid any incorrect info and click Submit
26- User will be directed to a window confirming the submission of the invoice with the submission ID
27- User can view the submitted invoice from the Invoices tab
